My third tattoo I got in late 2006 or early 2007 (can't really remember). This was my first tattoo done by an AMAZING artist name Andy Chambers. I was so proud of serving my country and loved my job. So I got this tattoo with the American flag in a heart with wings. Or as my best friend Manuel Mercado would say a Puerto Rican tribute. Haha. There wasn't enough room for a bunch of stars so we decided on one. I brought the artist the design.
